Description
Here is a picture of the simulator. The instructor screen is barely visible on the far right. The software contains 13 different airplanes (8 single and 5 twins). Singles include Cessna 172P, 172S, 182T, 182RG, Piper Archer, Arrow, Mooney M20J, and Bonanza A36. Twins include Cessna 421, Piper Seminole, Seneca V, Beech Travel Air and Baron 58. Unlike microsoft flight sim and other computer based programs, there is no mouse involved here. There are designated knobs for the radio stack and for each radio nav instrument, as well as for the altimeter (kollsman window), the CDI, heading bug, etc. Its an awesome tool! You can log 2.5 hrs toward a Private, 10 hrs toward an instrument rating and perform Instrument Proficiency Checks with it! System comes with computer, keyboard, mouse, and 2 monitors (15in gateway and 17in LG) COMPLETE SYSTEM WITHOUT MONITORS, KEYBOARD, MOUSE COSTS OVER $8400.00... Each yoke is installed into a steel powder coated chassis and is mounted to a precision ground and plated shaft. Mechanical / Spring mechanisms and self aligning bushings are used for a smooth and realistic feel. Rudder Pedals: Feel the difference from those plastic sets of rudder pedals. The Cirrus rudder pedals work with all PFC products and is custom designed to work with our Jetliner Column Yoke. It has a powder coated solid aluminum base with a reinforced steel tiller bar design. Each rudder pedal is equipped with a potentiometer for toe brakes. We provide velcro strips to secure the pedals to the floor or carpet. Note: Because of the offset location of the pedals you may want to secure the pedals to your floor by either velcro or some other securing method. The Remote Instrument Console must be used with the Digital Avionics. High-resolution encoders and bright landing gear lights are incorporated in the panel.
